I arrived in Malaysia Jan 2014 and started operate in August 2014, I will be operating until 25th June 2016, so I have now gone to the Tax office to get my clearance letter, (I have been paying Tax each and every month as a resident tax payer) and guess what they want to back date my Tax as a non resident to August 2014 as I do not have in/out stamps in my passport as I have been using an i-card… Guess what the Immigration division can’t provide me with a list of in/out of Malaysia… guess what the Malaysian Tax division can’t verify with the Malaysian immigration division but they are both Malaysian government agencies…. can you believe Malaysia requirements people like me with ability sets and knowledge yet they essentially attempt and cheat you when it comes to paying Tax with this kind of BS….Its such a … Read More Link
