A big house might not be very ideal for you because the space is too big and you must realize that the lesser the place the less you pay for using the utilities but moving out is sometimes a better option even though you will have fond memories of your old house.
A big house sometimes will make you experience what is called the empty nest syndrome which is a hard feeling that one gets when the children grown older and they move out of the bi house and leaves you feeling sad and distressed and this is why many people prefer to have a small house.
